Liberty Development Corporation has submitted an application to build a multi-phased community that will provide approximately 3,200 condominium units in total, designed by award-winning KIRKOR Architects and landscape designs by SCHOLLEN & Company Inc.
AMENITIES
Rose Garden City will be a master-planned community including townhouses, condominium units, retail and office spaces, open spaces, and parklands. The project will be built in five blocks to be developed individually. Rose Garden City will have approximately 3,200 condominium units, 103 townhouses, and 8.6 acres of retail and office space.
The proposed site was home to a greenhouse building which was recently removed. Currently, there are no structures on the land, to the north is an industrial development and to the south is Highway 7.

Although planning for Rose Garden City Condos is still in progress, we can grab a sense of the amenities and features from Liberty Development’s previous projects. Previous projects by Liberty Developments offered luxurious amenities such as a landscaped terrace, open space party rooms, sports lounges, exercise rooms, yoga studios, indoor pools, and state-of-the-art fitness centres.
